Quartet Academy
We are so excited to launch the first ever Harmony Days, UK Quartet Academy.
During this residential weekend in Staffordshire, quartets will be coached by the best vocal coaches in the barbershop style from both the UK, and Internationally.

Location: Ingestre Hall Arts Centre, Staffordshire
Cost: £280 per person
- Dedicated coaching sessions with a world class international coach, Steve Scott
- Dedicated coaching sessions with other top European coaches including UK BABS quartet champions, Fifth Element.
- As places are filled we will add additional coaches to the faculty.
- 2 nights accommodation in shared rooms (no bunk beds)

- We will have exclusive use of the entire Grade II listed Jacobean mansion house for the duration of the weekend.

The Location
Quartet Academy will take place at Ingrestre Hall the Grade II listed Jacobean mansion house which has been converted into a dedicated residential arts centre.
The Hall dates back to the 17th century and the Quartet Academy will have exclusive use of the the entire hall for the duration of the weekend meaning that sleeping, eating, learning, singing and afterglow locations are all under one roof.
The Hall sits in 27 acres of private grounds which we will have full access to over the weekend.
On the ground floor are four large rehearsal rooms, dining room, kitchen, coffee shop and quiet room.
The first floor, accessed either by the main grand staircase or via accessible lift, houses nine bedrooms, and the second floor a further 12 bedrooms.
Many of the rooms are filled with original features, huge portraits and interesting artefacts from the hall’s history.
Grant Funding
BABS also has grant funding available for all, for education and those in hardship.
Sweet Adelines members may be able to access grant funding in their next round which opens 2025.
